Cake tester brooms are a fun and unique kitchen tool handmade in the traditional Appalachian style. The plaited handle is made from Broomcorn grown here in our RootsStones&Bones gardens.
Before first use sanitize by placing the bristles, not the handle, into boiling water then allow to dry. To use simply bend 1 bristle up and break off at the handle. Use this as you would a toothpick to test your baked goods.
– 1 Cake Tester Broom.
– Approximately 4 1/2"- 5" size varies slightly.
– Plaited Broomcorn handle.
– Loop for hanging.
